I haven't been on for a while. I tried to search the question, but couldn't find an answer.

1. Has Disney announced Bay Towers as a DVC resort yet?
2. If so, any idea on point costs?
3. When will it be open?

Yes, it has been released as a DVC resort. $112 p/p with $5 credit if buying 100 pts or more. First 1000 (160 pts) are considered founding members.
