1900 Park Fare at the GF has a made to order omlet station. You get a choice of fillings. Love them.

Animal Kingdom Lodge have made to order omelettes. They were good. Also, I believe the restaurant Fresh @ the Dolphin has an omelette station.

We just got back and had very good omelets at both Boma and Fresh. I believe that Fresh had a few more veggies offered than Boma.
