Could someone help me understand concierge level,in depth ?

I have been trying to figure out, from everyones posts, exactly what concierge level is for awhile now.
I'm not even sure how to pronounce it correctly

We always stay at Disney with the Discovery Magic package, so is concierge something that we could add to that?

If someone out there has the time, I would love to know exactly what it is, how its used etc.
About all I do know is that it is offered at the deluxe resorts only correct?

The concierge (con-see-arzh) level is special restricted floors or bldgs at usually the deluxe hotels. You pay more but you get extra services. The cm/concierge will call you ahead of time and arrange, meals, special celebrations, tickets, shows and take care of any special request. The concierge floors have complimentary small meals available. I know at GF we had a continental breakfast, afternoon tea, kids snack buffet, cocktails and late night snacks everyday. For superbowl we would decorate the lounge area in team colors and offer all the snacks. It is really more personalized service, with very few limits of what they will do for you. The rooms also tend to be a little nicer, many of the suites are on the concierge level.
