Could someone add a border to this please?

I am using one of Kari's fabulous Autism designs for our upcoming trip. Could someone help me with this image by adding a black square border around the image and adding AUTISM AWARENESS under mousehead in black Disney font? Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
