Hey, Emmy! Your MBMB buddy here. I think I would consider offsite if I'd been to Disney as many times as you or others on the board. Newbies like me need to be onsite. I don't want to drive any more than I have to because I have no idea where I am going since I've never been. If this was my 10th trip, I can definitely see the cost advantages for sure. Take the deal.
I had never driven in America before and our first trip was offsite, we managed just fine got lost a couple of times, but didn't take too much time out of our day.

We loved our first trip, we didn't feel like we were missing out on anything. We have a relaxed approach to the parks, we don't go all day every day so offsite suits us to a T.
We did a lot of hotels on a road trip LA to Vancouver, we found towards the end of the trip we were paying so much more money for the rooms so we could get ones that split into two, so hubby and I didn't have to turn all the lights off and go to bed a 7 oclock for no good reason
