Hello, I made a trade with this guy and he comes back later and is like can you trade me my stuff back? I really don't want to trade back. But I don't want to get banned what should I do?

If that person's offer is better than what you gave before then you can trade back. It is up to you to do the trade especially if the trade was done fair and square.
