Could I ask for some good thoughts for my cat, please? updated

I am taking Nicholas (15 y.o.) into the vet this morning. He hasn't eaten since Thursday night, not drinking, has the runs and has thrown up 4 times this morning yellow vomit. I know this is not good in a 15 year old cat and I am not ready to say goodbye yet. In fact, I want another 5 years from him (he is a Siamese).

Could you please send him some good thoughts this morning. His appt is at 12:30pm. I will update when we get home with him.

Update: After xrays ruled out a blockage, the vet is leaning towards Pancreatitis although it is hard to diagnose. He gave him some fluids and a shot to stop the vomiting and we have pills to give him. We have to watch him over the weekend and hope to see a recovery on Monday otherwise he goes in for more tests.

The vet said that he is a very sick kitty and that at his age Pancreatitis can be life threatening.

I'm not ready for that. I hope he turns around by Monday.
