Costumes for Unleash the Villains?

A friend of mine wants to get dressed up for the event. I don't know if she's even allowed to since she is a grown woman. It isn't the Halloween party so I told her she probably wouldn't be allowed but we want to ask around.

We just called Disney to make sure its ok and the lady we spoke to said that she hasn't heard or seen anything stating that we're not allowed to dress up.
