Costume store near DLR?

My husband is sure that last time we went to DL we drove past a large costume store (selling Halloween costumes etc) on the way to DLR from LAX. He wants to go there in September - does such a store exist or is he imagining things??

In september there are many costume shops around, but most are open seasonally and may or may not be in the same location from year to year.

As 3Minnies1Mickey said, usually most Halloween costume shops are open seasonally. The only one I know that's open all year is the Halloween Club in Sante Fe Springs, which you can clearly see when driving along the 5 freeway.
