costco water

i know that i have seen many posts here regarding ordering cases of h2o from costco's website. for those that have done it, how did you do it? how far in advance do i need to order? is it a standard couple of days that i need to calculate, or is there a place to pick a date for delivery at checkout?

did you simply indicate your name and that you would be a guest at X resort, the date of your arrival, and the resort address??

We just did this. We got back this past Sat. from a two week split stay. I had water from Costco delivered to both OKW and BCV. I believe I placed the OKW order on Thursday and we checked in on Sat. The water arrived Monday. Then I placed the order for BCV on Sat. the day we flew out...but we weren't checking in to BCV until a week an a day later...SUNDAY. It arrived BCV on Thursday and Bell Services had it. I put the resort address on the shipping and our arrival date along with our name of course. It worked out perfectly.

We did this for our trip last September to BWV and it was great! For the address label I included my name and check-in date below the hotel name.

Also, at the BWV where we were staying that trip, packages like that were delivered to their business center which closed at 4pm. When we checked in at 4pm (room wasn't ready until then), they had to quickly call over to make sure it was delivered to the room, and it was.

So call the resort ahead of time and find out where packages like that are delivered and if there are any restrictions on accessing it when you arrive.

How are you ordering the water?

I'm a member.. do you have to buy and ship, or does costco have an online to order and ship???

Order it online from the website. It's only $6.97 for a 24-pack of bottled water and that includes shipping! It's shipped UPS ground and will get there in 2-3 days. I believe when I did it, it took 2 days. I ordered it on a Monday and it got there Wednesday before our arrival on a Friday.
