Costco Travel Package- tickets not showing on MDE

My grandparents booked a trip for me through their Costco membership and gave me the confirmation number. When I linked it to MDE I had no issues getting the room reservation to show up however the package they bought included park tickets and those are not showing anywhere on my account. Anyone have experience with this through Costco?

I called Costco and they said everything looked fine on their end and I would be able to access Fastpass 60 days out however if they tickets never link I doubt that is true. And I don't really want to wait until the 60 day mark to find out. So anyone know anything about their packages? Is there something else I need to do?

I booked Swan last year. Disney hotel might be different. I got a second email with ticket information. I used that number to link my ticket.

edited to add Read your initial email, ask your grandparents if they have any other emails.
Otherwise call Costcotravel. Tell them you want to link your tickets to the app and ask for the ticket numbers. For security reasons they may want to send an email to your grandparents.

It's possible COSTCO put the package together, getting a better deal buying tickets separately from the room.
