Costco Travel - Cannot get through

Costco Travel’s website says they are closed today and expect to reopen tomorrow (!). They have links to the cruise cancellation form—has anyone filled this out? Before I start giving them my info I’d like to make sure they will give me the refund option vs. just the cruise credit. I can only see the first page of the form until I put my info in. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Yes I filled it out. We had the Wonder cruise on 4/5/20. The next page gave us the option to choose between 125% credit or 100% refund. I did not receive any kind of response.

Great, thank you! I imagine it will take a while for them to process all these requests but it would be nice to get some kind of instant confirmation that they at least received the form.

We were supposed to be on the same cruise!

I got the cancellation confirmation today, though it said the 125% credit is only good for 1 year from the cruise date. I thought that they changed it to 15 months? Hopefully it's just a typo, I don't really feel like trying to contact them right now, lol
 
Another great example on why Disney needs to get rid of their system that requires calling a live person to make changes. The OP should be able to make all of the changes online without calling someone.

op wasn’t calling Disney. They were calling Costco. Op lost control of their reservation when they gave it to a travel agent.

Yes but Costco gets backed up because their agents have to call a live person at Disney. You need to get 2 people on the phone to make changes. Very inefficient. I was on the phone to Costco for 95 minutes on opening day for Gold Members a few weeks ago to change my cruise. I wish I could just make the change online. I would have been done in 5 minutes.

They must have become overwhelmed with cancellations. I cancelled 2 cruises that way yesterday. About 3 hours later, I got my 2 official cancellation emails showing my refunds. The form is very easy to fill out. The offer at the end depends on what Disney is offering at the time. My April cruise had the choice of either 125% cruise credit for the next 15 months or 100% refund. I took the refund. My October cruise was a cancel within the no penalty time and I got 100% refund.
 
Anyone knew this yet for Holland America? I am sailing June 13th and want a full refund.

I cancelled last thursday and they haven't even credited me to the regular credit card I paid with. I'm calling them tomorrow to see what is up. I hope I can get through.

On Sunday they told me refunds were taking longer than usual and it may take 10-14 days to see the refund appear on my credit card.
 
Has anyone called costco today or yesterday? What have the waits been like?
 
On the phone now. At least a 3 hour wait.

I actually cancelled my cruise on 3/8, 97 days out so I could get a full refund. We were sailing on Holland America. I called HAL just a few minutes ago because I’m yet to receive any refund. HAL has no record of my cancellation.
 
I got through to Costco (Canada) yesterday quite quickly. It was maybe a 10 minute wait. The agent was able to get through to DCL within 20 minutes, as well.
