I got my email from
DCL today telling me my cruise on April 10th is cancelled. When I called Costco to ask for a refund, they had an outgoing message saying that if you are cancelling a
Disney Cruise (and many other brands) to email them at
cruisecancel@costcotravel.com just give your name and they will email a link back to you that you can use to cancel. They are processing the cancellation based on date of the cruise.
I have to say, I hope they process it ASAP. I paid it off in December and I want my money back now, not later. Same thing with my October cruise.
After I filled out the form, I got this instantly:
