Are there any others out there that rely on this? I haven't seen it in the store in about 3 months. I finally asked about it today, and it appears that they don't carry it anymore. They checked several stores for me.

Idk if you belong to Sam's, but ours has it year round. I noticed my Costco quit carrying also.

I bought some during the Christmas season and to be honest I think that's the only time of year I remember seeing it at my local Costco. :worried:

I don't shop at Costo but they have it at my regular grocery store (Food Lion) year round.

Is there something special about the type that Costco carries (if so, I *need*to know)! Otherwise, I find it in most stores all year round.

It's similar quality, but WAY cheaper than what I can buy in the grocery store. I bought some at Costco before the holidays, so I haven't checked recently. Hopefully my roll will last me till next Christmas. (I think it will. It's really big.)

Idk, I think it is better quality. I bought a roll at Menards and it burns on the edges and stuff leaks through it. I don't think I can wait a year to get more parchment. I know, first world problems, blah blah, ; )

Amazon has the Kirkland parchment paper. Not sure how the price compares.

I have some Wilton parchment paper that's very good. Never burns, nothing leaks. It's almost like brand new when I'm done baking. But I'm sure it wasn't as good of deal as what Costco sells.

The Kirkland parchment paper is a seasonal item that is only carried for the holidays.

The price is outstanding.

Each roll of parchment in the twin pack is 205 square feet and if I remember correctly sells for $14.99. Compare this price to other brands that come in packages that are usually 45 square feet for around $4.

I use this paper for cooking and baking and also when I make my no knead bread which is baked at 450 degrees in a Le Creuset Dutch oven for 45 minutes. The paper holds up and doesn't burn at all.
