Costco Package Dining Voucher Expiration

Does anyone know when the premium dining vouchers that come with the Costco packages normally expire? We booked through Costco for a quick trip in May, but I would really like to save them for our trip in November. Thanks!

Our Costco package was for 03/18. The premium dining vouchers expire 01/13/19. I have a couple left over so I checked the back!
