Can an AP voucher be exchanged at the Guest Relations window outside DL or CA? Both those typically have shorter lines than the main ticket windows. CA has the shortest lines in the morning from what I've seen.
I have upgraded AP's at DL's guest relations in prior years and that saved considerable time over the main ticket windows but wasn't sure about voucher exchanges. So can DL's or CA' Guest Relations windows handle AP voucher exchanges?
