You can do it online also which will likely be easier plus you could do it now. And while they say 48 hours, it's really until close of business 2 days before plus it may be possible even after that to add it on the website if you were to miss them Thursday. You're only asking about the QS plan but I'll point out that this is one of the best situations ever to take advantage of the Deluxe Plan if it might work for you otherwise. You can also "check in" early and get your credits even if the room is not ready. We've been there early enough to use it for breakfast and/or lunch on check in day a number of times. Enjoy your trip.

Sorry I work for a hospital so when someone says 48 hrs I think that is literal to check in time.
Can I pay for it online with four target gift cards ???
I looked earlier on the ms site and did not see where you can add the dining plan .. Is it under the planning section ???
Thanks
We plan to go to hs that am on the 28th go back around 4 to check in and get dinner at gfv cs then the next day go to Epcot for cs dinner (snacks after the fireworks at mk on the 28th)
We also have tables in wonderland ...

I think you'll have to call to use gift cards. It's under vacation details which you can access from the home page. I don't have any active reservations so I can't look at specifics to guide you further. Personally I'd use the gift cards for other trips or other thing on this trip rather than waiting and then just do it online but obviously it depends on how set you are in using the cards and what your other plans are.

I'm not trying to direct your plans but IMO the Dlx plan is the best potential value. It's difficult to impossible to get the value out of the QS for the locations you've noted, you might look at the menu's and compare so you know where you stand. I'd bet you'll come out ahead just using the gift cards for those locations instead. Alternative options might be to check for available TS reservations and consider the Dlx plan. Obviously more cost but potentially better value if it fits for you otherwise including MORE credits. Again, just giving you food for thought in case it might be helpful. I'm not sure for your group but what we often do with only a couple of days is get the Basic or Deluxe plan and then stretch the credits by sharing meals. For 2 people you'd have 6 credits to use. We would likely have gone to GF first and checked in first, both for credit access and to give us a leg up on unit placement. Then we would have likely gotten 3-4 total meals out of those 6 credits. Maybe as it fit into your plans, we might have done 50's PT for lunch or similar, Narcoossee's for dinner, Le Cellier for Lunch and Rose and Crown for dinner or similar. Likely sharing a meal all locations and the dessert (apply also included with the dlx plan), possibly supplementing OOP with sides or salad, etc. It's short notice to get such reservations but the principles still apply to give you some idea of your choices. Enjoy your trip.
