last time my husband and I cruised, it was just for a 3 day... So not a lot of time. We thought about doing rain forest room the next time we cruised.

What is the cost for one day? The entire cruise ( we are sailing the dream for 4 nights 12/31)?

In your opinion is it worth it? We have no kids... And will be spending all our
Time for the most part adult areas.

I spent $16 plus tax (around $18) for a one day pass, ordered through the room gifts section of Disney Cruise website several months before the cruise. I got one for each adult in our party, total of four. It was very crowded the early afternoon of Castaway Cay day, the day we picked to go. A couple of people were in each of the two hot tubs, which are not that big, and every tile lounger was occupied. Three to five people were in each sauna/steam room, and you had to wait a few minutes for some of the four (five?) different shower experiences. I wouldn't be happy until I at least at tried it, but now that I have I wouldn't do it again. I am sure it would have been a much better experience with a smaller crowd. I had heard Disney limited the number of people who could go in each day, but unless we all went at the same time there was at least 20-25 people in there.

We were thinking of doing it on the day in Nassau, in morning... And then in evening during show. (I can only get DH to go to one or two shows.... He isn't a musical person)

Is it just as busy on poet days?

Which ship was this on?

I bought 1 day passes before our cruise on the Magic for $16.00 each plus an 18% gratuity that was added on to the price. While on the cruise our day at Castaway Cay was cut short by rain, and we were pretty cold so we purchased another day pass on the ship. The steam rooms warmed us right up!

The day pass on the ship was $27.00 plus 18% gratuity, but it included a body scrub and a scrub pad. The first pass at $16.00 did not include the body scrub and pad.

We loved it, and the heated stone lounge chairs were wonderful! Very relaxing!

Am also wondering about what it is like on the port day. We aren't interested in going into Nassau and thought this might be something to do while DD is at the kids club.

You can purchase these prior to boarding? Is the advantage to that the price (which is the deal maker on its own!) Or do they only sell x-amount of them and you may miss out?
I've never been to Nassau but I've not decided if I want to go (it just sounds like Tijuana) so Rainforest sounds better and better as opposed to using it for my day at sea when NOBODY is leaving the ship.

I was on the Dream last week for a 4 Day cruise and went to the Rainforest Room on Nassau day. At one point during the morning all 10 lounge chairs were taken and when we got up, our 2 were snapped up immediately by someone else. Around Lunch it cleared out. In the afternoon it was fairly quiet. After dinner (early seating) it was practically deserted.

It will vary of course, but that is what I experienced last week. It probably helped that it was a beautiful day so more people would go into port or stay on deck to swim. On a rainy or cold day, I would expect Rainforest room to be more busy.

Oh, and the one day pass is 18.88 when you factor in the tax.

Thanks! We are going during our school vacation week so I am sure it will be busy. Am thinking about buying just one day to test it out.
