I know normally at night the price for parking goes down, maybe around 6:00pm but correct me if I am wrong. But does it go down on HHN nights?

i used to know the answer to that but not sure exactly what time the parking lot rates decrease.
it's been a long day for me today.
by my posting here, it will push your thread up further, hopefully catching someone's eye that can answer correctly for you.

maybe 9/10:00 during HHN ??

did you check the HHN website to see if it is listed there?

During horror nights it works a bit differently. According to a 2011 article, it was full price before 8pm, $5 between 8-10pm, and free after 10pm. It likely won't change much this year.

Now I'm curious as to how much parking is during regular operating hours and if it drops after a certain time?

This is from the UO website (emphasis mine, not sure how it applies to HHN):

Daily parking fees per vehicle:
Regular Parking $17.00*
*($5.00 between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm.* - after 10:00 pm parking is free)

Florida Residents Free after 6:00 pm with proof of residency
Proof of Florida Residency: please provide one of the following:
Driver's License
Florida State-issued ID card (must have Florida address)

Restrictions apply, not valid during special events.

Preferred Parking $25.00
RV/Bus Parking $22.00

Thanks for the replies everyone. I thought the parking rate dropped at 6:00pm, but with HHN "special occasion" I don't think it will. We won't be arriving until about six after a long drive and would have like it eat at City Walk, but not with reg. parking rate factored in.

Halloween Horror Nights and Mardi Gras are the only two events that occur at night which affects the parking rates.
