I know this is probably a stupid question as the answer is probably obvious to most, but I have not been able to locate it. What is the DVC Member price for a 5 day Park Hopper pass? AAA price is $221/adult, Disney Store advance purchase is slightly better at $217. I assume the DVC price is even better???

There is no DVC discount for any tickets other than the UPH (or Length of Stay).

So you are saying that members can buy Ultimate Park Hopper passes for length of stay at a discount, but no other passes are discounted for members. Anyone know what that member price is? The other prices I quoted do not include the water parks, but we won't be using those anyway. Trying to figure out if I am better off just buying from the Disney Store.

Can you buy an UPH for a 2 night 3 day stay?

Try Florida Orlando Tickets.net their ticket prices are the best I've seen so far. I bought from them once with no problems, I picked them up on the way in from the airport, or you can have them mailed to you or dropped off at your resort for a small fee.

is also a good source - I read once that if you are buying Park Hopper's without the "plus" feature, it's best to buy them from Disney in advance. Otherwise, if you want the "plus" feature, another source may save you a few dollars. (I believe I got that off of the mousesavers.com website if you want to check it out.)

Also, sign up for the Mousesavers newsletter as you may catch a deal there (comes out monthly). We got five day park hopper plus tickets last summer with 4 plus days!! Since they never expire, it was a great deal (and that was through ticket mania).

Good luck,
Annette

I have fooled around with prices just today. The DVC discount never was the best deal for us. Basically take the price form Disney's website for the UPH, subtract 10% then ADD 6.5 tax.

If you won't be doing water parks or other "pluses" then getting the plain ole' park hopper no pluses in avance form ther Disney Store is your best bet even comapred to the online tickets brokers. Good luck!

Yes. The price with the DVC discount would be approximately $162 for an adult.

Ticket Prices

Scroll down to see the prices for UPH tickets. Note that the listed prices include tax. You need to apply the 10% DVC discount to the gate price - I just multiply the listed price by .9

It looks like the UPH pass with the DVC discount is the better deal for 3 days if you want to cover a lot of ground while you are there and go to a water park or pleasure Island. It'll be about the same price as the 3 day park pass with no hopping and no extras. You can get UPH at check-in.

The UPH is a length of stay pass, but lots of people have been able to drop the first and/or last day of the pass when they checked in. You can't just buy it for the number of days you want out of the entire stay.

We purchased Park Hopper Plus Tickets from Paramount for our upcoming family reunion. We got the 7 day tickets which included vouchers for a character breakfast. They were the best price for everything we got. The UPH as a DVC member is nice if you are going to run around but we like the PHP since we know we will be back and the unused days don't expire.

We went last November and we bought our Park Hoppers from AAA. Their price is very close to Disney's price EXCEPT that AAA's price INCLUDES sales tax and Disney's does not. That saved us 6% in New Jersey.

Good luck with the tickets.
