Hi, I've searched and searched the DCL website and I can't find the pp/cost for the bus transfers from port to airport. Thanks to anyone who can help me find that URL and/or knows the price!

DCL offers transfers to and from all three airports, but since it's not a high-volume operation like the one in PC, you need to call them to find out availability and cost for specific time and airport. Years back those cost around $35 per person, so if you have more than 2 in your party, you are likely better off just getting a cab / Uber.

Thanks. I suspect as much as there are 4 of us and it's probably cheaper to do a cab or even the subway depending on where we fly into/pre-cruise hotel etc. but was just wondering the actual damage DCL quotes, haha!

We are sailing out of NY to Bermuda in October. I too had trouble finding information about the cost of transfers. I asked my TA and received the following information.

New York Ground Transfers
Direct motor coach transfers from La Guardia and John F. Kennedy International Airports to the Port of Manhattan are available to purchase for Guests who purchase the Disney Cruise Line Air Program or arranged independent flights. The recommended flight arrival time is before 1:30 p.m.

For Guests departing from La Guardia or John F. Kennedy International Airports following their cruise, the recommended flight departure time is on or after 12:00 p.m.

Transfers from the airport to the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel are only available to Guests who purchase pre or post-nights through Disney Cruise Line.

Motor coach transfer cost, per person 3 years and older:

Cruise Only
A-P, P-A
$90

With Pre-Nights
A-R, R-P, P-A
$135

With Post-Nights
A-P, P-R, R-A
$135

With Pre- and Post-Nights
A-R, R-P, P-R, R-A
$180

Cruise Only
A-P, P-A
$90
Wow, at $45 each way, even for a single person a taxi would be cost efficient.

Make sure to account for the day of the week and the time of day when making that decision. Public transportation is reasonably simple option from EWR and JFK, not so much for LGA, while time variance could swing in favor of taxi or the train by as much as an hour.

Thank you @haj697 - appreciate it! Looks like we'll definitely be doing a taxi, etc. with our family o' four! I also find it interesting the Marriott Marquis is their chosen hotel. It is EXPENSIVE (even by NY standards) and the rooms are tiny (stayed there a few years back with husband on work vacay). I guess because it's enormous they know there will be enough rooms.

Most rooms in NYC are "tiny" - or small by non-large-city-with-building-footprints standards.

Oh, I know, but I was just thinking that a recommended Disney hotel has to be one that accommodates families just by the very nature of Disney's clientele.

They do have larger rooms. My parents and sister came up for Christmas one year and somehow my mom found a decent rate on it. I want to say there was a queen bed, a sofa bed, and we had a roll-away.

Just think of it as practice for the cruise. I have yet to be in a hotel room in NYC (stayed in a few before I moved here) that is smaller than a cruise cabin. :D

So I looked it up on a taxi estimator website and it's about $65 from all 3 of the airports to the port, FYI.
