Cost of meals

it has been a long time since I have been to Disney, and also since I have been on these boards. Now I ecpected prices to rise, but, I was looking at the different places, mainly the ones that were our favorites. The Garden Grill being one of them. It listed the price at $30-60 is that really the price, or would that be with drinks? The $60.00 seems really high.
