What is the price for small addons at Hilton Head through resale?

It depends on the number of points in the contract and the asking price. Resales aren't just one set rpice - they are offered by the current owner at whatever the owner thinks he/she wants to ask. Check the resale list on this board and others for an idea of what they are currently offering -I haven't seen any really small HH contracts in a while, though.
