Jelli pedi here for $35(oh but so worth it) I wish I could dip my whole body in that Gel!

So $20 seems like a steal for me (although when I was in NYC we were handed mani/pedi combo of $35)

At Tulsa Wal Mart I pay $25 for pedicure and $12 for manicure.

Pedicures are about $30 here and we are in Kansas. There are a couple of stores who just mailed out coupons for $20 pedicures.

Where I go in NYC, I pay $25 for a manicure and pedicure. There are also some places that charge $18 for both Monday-Wednesday.

There are 2 nail salons on every block so they try to beat each other in price.

Just had a regular mani/pedi today and paid $23 (before the tip). This is their everyday price.

Slightly OT--if the OP is still checking in--I highly recommend a French Pedicure if you are wearing sandals. It makes your toenails and feet look so nice and fresh and summery! Downside is, it may cost a few $$ more than the price you were quoted, because it takes more time to complete.

Another question: how do you tell if a place is OK healthwise? DH is concerned because we've heard about health concerns with some salons. Is there a website where we can check out any complaints/status?
