I know this sounds silly but I'm listing down prices for an upcoming trip to see if its better to pay out of pocket or DDP for the family. Why is there not prices for soft drinks at table restaurants like Whispering Canyon cafe or 50's prime time.

I don’t know. can you use a figure from a different restaurant? Maybe the higher number?

Non alcoholic speciality drinks are $5 at Story Book Dining. I would imagine regular soda would always be less than that?
Milkshakes at WCC are $9 (AYCTE)
Coffee is $3.79
I would guess at similar to coffee for soda?

Allears.net shows soft drink prices for some, not all, table service restaurants. I looked at a couple that had the price for soft drinks listed at $3.29.

It's typically around $3.50 to $4.00 range depending on where you go. Remember typically free refills and you can sometimes get a to go cup. Soda and Water for dining and in parks will take a large bite out of your budget.

With regards to DDP, you have to eat the most expensive meal on the menus to make it worth it or at least break even. We find that paying out of pocket works best for us as we have some picky eaters and also because some portions are large we can share some meals at some places. If you get DDP for free you are golden. However, there are many opinions and breakdowns out there on DDP.

Typically Luch for family of 4 eating on Adult Menu is $70 to $80. Entrees around $14 and Drink $4 then tax. Thats what I typically plan for and it works pretty weel. There is some variation but on our trip in January 2020 we were pretty much on par with that. Sometimes less if we shared a large drink or entree.

Or eat at character meals or buffets, where the prices are sometimes almost as much as the daily cost of the plan (or more, for kids).

I had read earlier this week that soft drinks at the QS had changed to 4.29. I would use that number for TS as well.
