Cosmic Rays & Pecos Bill...Same Topping Bar?

My family LOVES having burgers and Pecos Bill. They are quite fond of the toppings bar. It seems I've read that Cosmic has one as well. Do they serve the same items (Grilled Mushrooms, Onions, Cheese Sauce etc.)?

If I remember correctly at Pecos Bill you might have to purchase the cheese sauce. At Cosmic Rays it is free on the topping bar. I might be wrong on that, but that's what I remember.

Cosmic Rays does have the cheese on the fixings bar, but no grilled anything. Just the usual lettuce, tomato, onions etc.
