Where can I find the actual hours at the parks during the first few months of this year?

Touring Plans historical calendar but I’m not sure if you need to be a member to see it.

Also, what happened in the past dues not necessarily represent what will happen in the future.

It's possible, but it doesn't look like they did it on January 31 in 2022. I don't know how they determine the date of that party.
