Thats Will, he is Michelle Connors ex boyfriend from way back. He came back into the series last year when him and his then girlfriend hired Michelle to be their wedding planner. Michelle and Will almost had an affair behind Steves back but it fizzled out.
He met Maria on a dating app this time and he's back! Wont say anymore because I dont know how behind you are?
