I'm here at CSR. Had something disturbing to us happen this afternoon around 3pm. A cm entered our room without knocking. It was someone from housekeeping. However, our room was cleaned hours before. In fact, it was finished before we went to lunch.

At first, I just thought it rude. But the more I think about it the more concerned it makes me.

Hopefully it was just a mistake and she entered the wrong room. Not sure why she wouldn't knock, though. That is disturbing.

Yes, you can send a package to be there when you arrive. As far as I know, packages sent FedEx or UPS still incur a charge and can be picked up at the business center. Packages sent USPS do not have a charge, and I think they will be at the front desk.

I haven't ever shipped to CSR, so I hope someone will correct the info if it is outdated.

I have seen that folks decorate their windows for Halloween at other resorts. We will be at CSR during the week of Halloween. Will it be ok to decorate our windows or would this be frowned on?

Yes defiantly. We go back to our room to rest during the day sometimes. I would just suggest locking that top lock that will not allow entry from the outside. Makes you wonder if they are in your room during while you are at the parks though.

There is no excusing a CM entering without knocking. However, a quick question - are you staying in 9B? The Business Club rooms have turndown service if I am not mistaken.

That's what we were doing. I thought it was my oldest son coming back to the room. What a surprise when it wasn't him.

Everything else about CSR has been fantastic. Went to PM twice. There's been a few changes since the last time we stayed here. Some menu changes and location changes of some of the stations. The grounds are gorgeous. And it feels like we are home.

We are at CSR - staying Business Class (for the 2nd time) -- no turn-down service. We do get robes and upgraded linens, but other than the Lounge access, no other perks. Well, except the building location!

I'm blown away by how many people go to Disney to celebrate their anniversary. Happy Anniversary. We will be there in November for our 25th.
I guess after the years of hard work we all deserve that "Happiest place" to celebrate our marriages. May yours be amazing! Enjoy!

We will be celebrating our Honeymoon! We got married in August and since we already had the Disney trip planned for Oct we just decided that would be our Familymoon! I couldn't imagine taking a trip and leaving our six year old son behind!

Turn down service is an advertised perk of business class at CSR, so everyone should get it. However, I have read of more people who have NOT received it than those who have. I monitored this fairly closely when we were considering business class.

Using Disney transportation I am wondering if Someone can help me with travel times. We will be having breakfast at chef mickeys at 8:30am. I want to either ride the bus to Epcot or MK and then the monorail over to the CR. how long should I allow? I am thinking Epcot would be quicker since CSR is closer to it.
