Just as an fyi, even when you call while you are at the resort you get a call center. They see where you are calling from, and answer as if they are at that resort. They are not.
Be aware too that they sometimes downgrade guests when the room type they have booked is not available. I've had that lovely experience twice.![]()
LOL we WANTED a non-preferred queen room in the first place, so if they downgrade us, then I will just save another $300!!!! We went preferred King, because they didn't have "anymore in the FD pool available".
