I am booking a CSR room right now for our first night. We got a really cheap flight. We head to the GF the next day. My question is, only a business class room is available for that night, which is fine, but what does that mean?? I did put that I have two kids when searching, will that be an issue?? I'm so puzzled, I have never heard of Disney business class before. Thanks!!

I've never been BC but I know all the rooms are in the same building(s) and there is a lounge where you can get refreshments and a few snacks. Some people think it's worth the extra amount, some don't...

At what time do you arrive to the resort?

We arrive at lunch hour...just plan to swim and lounge around and grab dinner. Nothing special. So the difference between business and regular is a lounge? Do you pay for the refreshments?

Business Class is the CSR version of Club/Concierge. Not as much available and the hours are shorter. All the refreshments are included.

Business class at CSR doesn't have as much as the "club level" at the Deluxe resorts, but it does provide some things for breakfast (bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, etc.) as well as some snacks and drinks in the evening. The major plus to business class is you're in Cabanas 9B, which is right next to the main building, El Centro. If you're planning to eat dinner at CSR this is a big plus as the resort is HUGE.

I see you mentioned it, but I do recommend swimming at the Dig Site pool while you're there. I believe it's the biggest pool on Disney property, and it's really a fun place. There's a slide, you can sit on the steps of the pyramid while the water trickles down, and there's also a spot (Siesta's) to grab drinks and snacks.

We love it. Its the best of both being at a mod but having some additional amenities.

You have all been so helpful! Thank you so much :) We are looking forward to our one night stay..perhaps it will inspire us to do a completely mod trip next time! Would be nice to save the money :) We usually stay BC, but have saved for a long time to do GF for our 10th anniversary :)

Business lounge hours are from 7:00AM - 10:00AM and 5:00PM - 10:00PM. Mornings include bagels, pastries, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee, the most delicious mango yogurt you'll ever eat, and granola. Evenings include various meat and cheese platters, vegie platters, assorted chips and dips, and usually some delicious cookies as well. Beer, wine, and sangria included. (It's the same sangria that you can find at Hoop-de-doo Revue) I think it's worth it personally. The mango yogurt in the morning is worth it hands down in my opinion.

We were upgraded for free a few years ago to BC and it was very nice. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the beer and sangria in the evenings. The snacks were nothing to get excited about, but adequate for a quick snack. We had deluxe dining so we already had way too much fun.
