When I went to the Dolphin, the front desk was wonderful switching rooms for me when I went back after seeing my room. (I didn't know about the no stairs, only elevator thing, and I needed a stairs option to me). The girl switched me no problem to one of the two stairs floors, even though we had sort of used the room for about an hour while I hemmed and hawed.
Location was super convenient, plus I already had bands to use. Only Minor inconvenience was having to carry a room key card instead of band for room entrance. Also, did note a little trash in pool area moreso than a Disney pool. But otherwise no complaint and enjoyed being on the Boardwalk for such an affordable rate that I booked directly from the Dolphins own website. MDE linked up no prob.
