How disruptive is the construction going on at Coronado Springs?

I don't really care that there's a new tower going up nearby, but how noisy / otherwise disruptive is it?

I am here now. The construction is definitely “there” but not instrusive really. There seems to be more going on in the lake than when the Dis did their review a couple of weeks ago. There is a couple of construction barges out there and lots of posts being put in. It does not affect any of the services the hotel offers, and the construction is done pretty early in the day. I don’t regret staying here at all because of construction, it’s got a lot to offer!

I stayed at CSR back in December and again just a few weeks ago (April 2-4) and the construction definitely felt a bit more intrusive on the April trip. They are doing a lot of work on the lake and they were doing exterior painting of the main check-in/food court building so there were a lot of blocked entrances and equipment around. We spent some time at the pool one day and you can definitely hear the work going on at the tower while at the main pool. It is not super loud but is is definitely noticeable and kind of takes you out of the magic a bit. We stayed in non-renovated rooms in Ranchos and it was pretty quiet over there though.
