Coronado Fans-PLEASE POST WITH REVIEWS & RECENT PHOTOS!

I have been viewing the confirmed snack credits on the dining plan on this thread...

http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1683477

however they do not have any confirmed snacks on the dining plan listed for Coronado Springs...so if anyone is there or going soon I would really appreciate it if you could keep track of what they are counting as snack on the dining plan. We are going in Sept, and staying at CSR we are sooo excited about all the snack options the rest of WDW offers that we didn't even know about.....popcorn:: :stir: :cake: :drinking1

CSR snacks that I can confirm (from June '08): Gelati at Rix Cafe - delicous!! Also, at Pancho's Gift shop toward the back of the store there is a large rack with prepackaged snacks. We had four snack credits left, and picked up four different prepackaged "Disney" snacks.

I never knew this until the day we were leaving...there is an outside enterance to Pancho's toward the back of the store. We found this when we dropped off our luggage for Magical Express transfer to the airport. We walked a few steps from there, and found the "back door" to Panchos. This was not a service door, but open to anyone!

Oh Yum Gelati, that sounds good right about now!
That is a great tip on the snacks at Pancho's! Thanks!

Panchito's, the tall, slender and energetic gun-toting, wise-cracking crooner of a Mexican rooster from The Three Caballeros.

oh yeah the Three caballeros! It is also a restaurant here in Texas, actually in San Antonio.

OMG....we have 4 from POP, 4 from CBR and now we went to POR in march and have 4 year of a million dreams ones.....
now come december we will have 4 CSR ones!!
I am going to need a cupboard just for these mugs! holy smokes.

I've really been enjoying this thread. Great pics Linda! After the wonderful advice from people on here, I have just switched to CSR. Your pictures have gotten me SO excited. I don't want to rush through summer (maybe Fall LOL) but wow, I can't wait!
Looks like I'll have to buy a Year of a Million Dreams mug too someplace else. I like to get mugs when I go away so when I drink my coffee I can always think of my trip. The one I've been using says Holiday 2003 on it. ;)
I'll have to dig around to where else I've seen a great list of snack lists. Another website...I'll have to see if it listed CSR.
You guys are clearly Disney travel pros but touringplans.com has a wonderful free planning guide thingy where you can print out this chart to keep track of how many credits you use daily on your trip. (Even though I'm a subscriber, I do think that section is free to anyone.) Right up my alley for my left brained planner self! :woohoo:

You made a great choice! It's a fantiastic resort!!

CSR has their own mugs. They don't participate in YOAMD.

Yes, they are the only resort with their own refillable mugs because the Pepper Market is not owned by Disney--it is an outside vendor.

That's so great to hear! I loved the photos of the CSR mugs and wanted to get some, but then heard all the resorts had the same - this makes me happy!! :)

I was also surprised at how little was on that list for CSR compared to what they offered last year and what other resorts are offering this year. I will be there in 4 weeks and I'll see what I can find out. Linda :)
