cornell/ILR students

if there are any cornellians or ilries who have done the HR program, can you tell me a bit about it? the application process? what you got to do and observe? how many students were accepted and how many applied? can you apply to both the DCP and this program at the same time?

sorry for so many questions, i'm just trying to explore all options

My roommate is ILR from Cornell. I believe there are four ILR interns from Cornell here, and that they're the only interns in their department. The three I know are all juniors. I have no idea how many applied though.

They seem to really enjoy it. They get to sit in on arbitrations and review cases (if I'm remembering right).

ahh, sorry for the late response, but thanks! my boyfriend is in ILR also, so i asked him what he thought and basically it's not my cup of tea, haha. but if they're hardcore ILR students then they're definitely in the right place. so they live with DCPers, then? that's interesting. i know the interviews are intense; disney flies reps up here to do in-person ones. pretty cool. thanks again!
