Hello!
My DW and I are going on our first cruise in January 2018. We were wondering the protocol about bringing our own bottle of wine to dinners. Do they charge a corkage fee? Is it considered bad manners to bring your own bottle?
Thanks for your input!

Not bad manners at all, your server will happily pour from your bottle and will offer to store an unfinished bottle for the next night if you prefer not to take it with you. There is a corking fee of $25 per bottle for wine brought to the dining rooms.

I'm jumping in because I have a question about this too. In case we don't finish the bottle and they serve it on the next night, we won't be charged another corking fee since it's a new restaurant, right? Thanks!

That is correct! The corkage fee covers that bottle. You can open it the first night of your cruise, and it will be available in each dining room (including Palo and Remy) until you finish it.
