I sent my pictures today. It got bounced back file to large. I had to send her 5 different e-mails with one picture on each!

I don't think I had a problem with the file. I resized all the pictures and then sent them to myself to make sure. I just haven't heard if Debbi received them and if they are okay. I shouldn't worry but I'm a vacation planner in every sense of the word. I like all my little ducks in a row.

I'm with ya!! I'm planning our vacation for 16 people! I have made all the reservations, all the dinner plans, which parks we will go to based on EMH etc.

I never thought of resizing my pictures... I would have had to have my kids help me with that anyway!! I'm hoping to hear from her in the next couple of days. If I don't this week I'll drop her a note on Monday ( If I don't know for sure I
will just obsess about it)

Glad I'm not alone. My DH and DD think I'm absolutely possessed when it comes to planning a Disney trip or any other trip and I'm just starting my plans for our cruise next year. Already booked. Know what I want to do, Palo, excursions, etc. Just have to sit back and wait. Long long long wait.

Debbi e-mailed me last night...She got my pics, the menus are made and on file. Now I can breathe.

How do I go about getting the menu made? Can I just e-mail her the pictures and explain it. Or do I need to call? I called, but it had a thing of pushing buttons, and I didn't know if I was supposed to choose hostess, or staff. I figured staff, but no one picked up.

You need to call and leave a message for Debbi. She will call you back, sometimes within hours, sometimes days, but she will call. Leave a message of what you want, menus, diver, leave your ADR confirmation #, phone #. She'll give you her e-mail when she calls so you can send your pics. It really is easy and Debbi is so nice. Good luck.

I would leave an email when you call--that's what I did and she got back to me in 2 days everything is set up for october and i never actually spoke to her on the phone, but her emails were very friendly

Do you mean this October? You send photos that far in advance? I was wondering when I needed call....but I assumed closer to the date. How far ahead to the rest of you call?

yes this october--and no i haven't sent my photos yet but i wanted to book the diver and menus after i made my reservation so i told her i would send her the photos in a month after our trip so we would have more current photos at disney....I also don't think you need to do it that far in advance but i like to have special plans done in advance just in case

I would go ahead and at least get the diver set up. If there are too many scheduled for your day, she will tell you they can't do any more. As far as the pics, I have mine already taken of for Sept., but I think you could wait just about as long as you like on that.

Am I the only one having trouble getting in contact with Debbie? I called her and she called me back that day and left a message on my answering machine with her email. So I emailed her and didn't get an email back? so then a week later I called again...that was a week ago? maybe I didn't get the right email? would anyone mind Pming me with her email and I guess I could try that route again? thanks!

I didn't hear from her after a few days so I e-mailed her last night and just asked if everything was okay. She replied shortly after and said I was all set. I guess you have to be patient. Not my virtue. If if was wrong it would most likely get bounced back. Try e-mailing her again.

I have called her twice in the past week and can't get a call back. Anyone else had this problem? We are leaving in a little over 2 weeks for our honeymoon I want to do this as a surprise for DF or DH...lol.

Can someone please clarify...is it okay to have two custom menus for one table and also...what did you send...how many pix and what does debbie add...a few words...some character pix...what?

I'm having one for my DD's 18th and my (like I'd tell) I sent a dozen pictures so Debbi could make the menus a bit different. There are some pictures posted here around somewhere. But it usually states your name and celebration. Special anniversay ones go a bit further with vows or poems, etc. They are really quite nice. A lovely keepsake. You call Debbi, set it up and she'll give you her e-mail so you can send your pics and info. Pretty easy. I can't wait to see ours in August.

Please forgive me if this has been answered earlier in the thread, but I didn't get through the entire thing.

I really want personalized menu/diver for my parents wedding anniversary that we'll be celebrating on our trip in October. This may sound silly, but when you get a diver, do they seat you next to the tank? We typically get so wrapped up in food and talk and stuff that we hardly even look over at the tank. Of course, we've never been seated close to it.
