Debbi got back to me and I am sooo sooo excited we are all set up for our dinner with menu and diver... what a great great experience.. I am so happy... she is a great CM!!!!!!
Debbi got back with me too for our September trip. Do you think there is any hurry in sending her the pics? I don't have enough that will do, and am hoping to get some old photos of my parents ( its their 50th anniversary)!!
If you have this planned, you're in for a treat! Here are some pictures of my experience earlier this month. It is the best memory of our trip! Have fun!

I have reserved the diver and requested the menu for my Birthday this Summer.I assume I will need to sit at a table by the tank in order to see the diver and sign.Do I need to request a table by the tank when I check in or will they already know I will need a table there.Thanks.I was able to arrange both for our Christmas 07 trip. At that time the diver was free. (They weren't scheduling him after December because changes were supposed to be made - not sure what they are or if they are still doing the diver.) He bascially held up a white sheet of paper with our typed message (clear font, nothing fancy). It was really cool ... unfortunately I was so excited about it (it was a surprise for everyone else in the group) that the camera shook and the picture didn't turn out.
As for the menu, I contacted Coral Reef and was instructed to send photos to an email address once they confirmed my reservation etc. It was just the regular menu with the inside front cover being personalized with our names and pictures. Again reallly neat ... my dad still talks about that part of the trip to anyone who will listen!

Thanks.Once you have reserved the diver with the Coral Reef staff, they will know to seat you close to the tank. You may end up having to wait a little longer for your table, but it is worth it. If it isn't possible to seat you on the lowest tier (closest to the tank windows), you will still be able to see your diver. S/He will dance wait around a bit if you want to get close to the tank for pictures. (We had to sit on the second tier as the baby was sleeping in his stroller and there was no room to keep him with us on the lowest tier.) Enjoy your birthday trip!![]()
