Coral Reef Question

I am not sure this is the right forum for this question but you can move it if need be. I have a friend who is proposing to his girlfriend at the Coral Reef in November. He needs to know who to get in contact with to have a diver come down and hold up a sign asking the question.

any info or ideas?
