I would really like to try this resturant. We will be in Disney during free dining.(first time on DDP) My 12y/o is VERY picky. I see on the menu that they have a shrimp /pasta do you think it would be possible for him to just get a plain bowl of pasta? That would probably be all he would eat. so should I just Pay oop for it?(if he can order it):confused3
TIA

My 8yr old son won't eat pasta any other way than plain with oil or margarine. He doesn't like tomato sauce, and he's allergic to all milk/dairy. When we go out for dinner, one of his normal meals is a plain bowl of pasta, with a little veggie oil drizzled over it, topped with a sprinkle of salt.

As for the cost, some restaurants will just charge the price of a side of pasta, but that's for the places around home here. I don't know about WDW. But I would imagine if you asked for a plain bowl of pasta, you'd be able to get it.

There are "normal" foods there...most picky kids would probably eat the NY Strip Steak.

If he doesn't like anything on the adult menu, most restaurants are more than willing to accommodate special requests, including serving an adult portion of a kid's menu item.

I took my DN12 and she ordered the shrimp and pasta and from what I can remember I thought it was like oriental noodles type dish not Italian type so I don't know if he would like that. I'm pretty sure it was because I think it had snowpeas but I could be wrong. I would get him the steak but if you want you could always get him the kids pizza DS4 ate the whole thing he said it was real good.
