Anyone familiar with this dessert? We usually do a desssert PS for fun. She loved the "chocolate moose" in Le Cellier.

Is this just peanut butter ice cream or is it something special?

Thanks
Sandy

It's not ice cream. It's more of a peanut butter/confectioners sugar concoction. It tastes pretty good (think very sweet, very rich peanut butter fudge taste) in very small quantities, because it is so rich and sweet.

My kids played with it (just like Play Doh) more than eating it.

I had a couple of bites off of it, which is more than they took.

My DS 4 loved it. It comes with little tools to mold it with so you don't have to worry about it getting all over your kid's hands. It also had sprinkles with Hidden Mickeys in it. My son ate it all, but peanut butter is his favorite thing to eat!

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup powdered sugar
3 cups powdered milk

Method:

In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, corn syrup, and powdered sugar together. Add powdered milk and knead until smooth. (Add more powdered milk if needed.)

It is searved at the Coral Reef. Recipe from wdwig.com
