Coral Reef Diver

We will be at WDW in October for a large family gathering. While there, we will celebrate my borther's birthday. We have ressies at Coral Reef, but how do we get the diver to hold up a sign. I searched and found a lot of "check your pm's". Could someone please post or pm me with the info. I would very much appreciate it.

Any chance someone would share with me? I'll be celebrating my son's 4th birthday and would love to do the same for him (even though he can't read...he knows his name!!). thank you in advance!!!
