I have seen past brides use disney images on welcome bags, programs, and place cards. Does anyone know the copyright issues with this. I wanted to put an image of a castle on the place cards but I am concerned that they won't let me use them at my Epcot location reception. It would make sense that they wouldn't let us do that but I have seen past Disney Brides use them.

From what i was told (you never know with changes)...but its allowed as long as the items aren’t being sold...Like our table numbers/menus ...picture cindy/prince dancing we bought the coloring book we got the picture from and did not sell the image so we could copy it on each number....also castle cut out on place cards, we bought the disney punch so we could use it to produce the image...

Hope that helps...i got very confused so had to ask my planner
