CopyCat Recipes...I Need Them BAAADDD!!!!!

I have searched every search engine on the web ...I cannot find a copycat recipe for WolfGang Puck's Four Cheese Macaroni from his Express and the Honey Lime Salad Dressing from OHANA's.

Anyone willing to put me out of my culinary misery?!!

OOOOHHHH!!! Can I add a request??? The brownie recipe from Wolfgang Puck Express in the Marketplace AND the brownie recipes from Goofy's Candy Company. I LOVED both the WP brownie & the chocolate cherry brownie from Goofy's but couldn't find the recipes online Thanks!

Four Cheese Macaroni
Wolfgang Puck Express, Downtown Disney

2 cups macaroni
1 cup chicken stock or water
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups shredder mixed cheeses (mild cheddar, Vermont cheddar, mozzarella, and fontina)
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Place pasta and liquids into rice cooker. Close lid and press cook. When pasta goes to keep warm, add the other ingredients, stir with paddle. Close lid and keep on warm till ready to serve. Stays terrific for hours. At the restaurant they bake it before serving.

thanks for posting that link!! I know I used to be able to ask for recipes (I'm thinking the pineapple bread from Polynesian) but last time I went - I fell in love with the potatoes au gratin from Yachtsman Steakhouse - and they thought I was nuts! It s just cheesey potatoes!! (but I couldnt duplicate it!!)

I did make the LeCellier soup - its a lot of work for just dh and I, but it really turned out great!!

and you see items that are no longer on the menu!! I am so getting a cookbook next I visit the world!!

I have one of the cookbooks, Cooking with the Disney Chefs, I think it's volume 2 White background with light blue. I bought it at the gift shop at the Grand Floridian a few years back. We have used the recipe for the Honey Sesame Chicken from Nine Dragons several times, a lot of work but it is pretty close to the real thing.
