Copper Creek- isn't this just renamed villa area?

I know the cabins are added, but isn't this just a redo of existing villas? Or did they add another new building?

Copper Creek consists of the Cabins plus the newly converted Villas in the main Wilderness Lodge building where the standard hotel rooms are.

Boulder Ridge is the separate building of what used to be name The Villas at Wilderness Lodge.

The took the entire south wing of the main hotel - WL - and are converting it to the new DVC - Copper Creek Cabins and Villas. It will be studios, 1BRs, 2BRs, GV's and also the new cabins they are building.

VWL still exists in addition to this and has been renamed Boulder Ridge.

In other words: If you own at VWL, which is now Boulder Ridge, you cannot book CCV at 11 months.

Thanks for the clarification! I would not have guessed that the original WLV would not be in the 11 month window for booking at CCV.

It's a different "resort" just located next to each other.

Correct. BRV and CCV are two totally separate DVCs. CCV owners will NOT be able to book at the 11 month window at BRV, and Vice Versa.

Mainly because the new villas will not expire until January 31, 2068. The existing Boulder Ridge Villas expire January 31, 2042. So they set up a separate association.

Each of the newest resorts have been getting 50 years so BLT and VGC expire in 2060, Aulani in 2062, VGF in 2064 and PVB in 2066.

50 yrs hmmm I will get 34 yrs..... still happy I see how the extra years adds more value!

BLT is 2060, AUL is 2062 and GFV is 2064.
