CoP at MNSSHP

Is CoP running during MNSSHP? Is it running at all? We're going on the 14th. If it's not running during the party, could we catch it if we get in at 4pm before regular park closing? We'd rather not head that direction first, but if it's the only way to see our beloved "It's a great big beautiful tomorrow...", then that's what we'll do!!

COP will remain open all the time until Stitch opens. Then it is supposed to go into rehab.
