Coordinating a CRT cancellation

I am cancelling a CRT ressie I have and someone else wants to book it. How much time between me cancelling and her calling should we allow? Do they go back into the system immediately?

Yes, they do go back immediately. I did this with a wonderful DISer. We set up a time. She PM'd me when she was on the phone. She PM'd me when she canceled it. I already had the # on my phone ready to go and called as fast as I could. I got it!
