Coordinating a ADR Drop/Add

We are going to WDW with friends in March. I have an ADR for 4 for BOG dinner that I want to let my friend (also party of 4) have. DO we simply coordinate that I drop the ressie and she is on the system at the same time to request it?

What happens if she just shows up and uses my name?

Can't you just get her to sign up for your MDE and transfer them to her? Not sure how that works. I did a drop and it worked. I also did an A&E fp drop/add and it worked, too.

Yes. I just 'transferred' a reservation to someone from the December cancellation thread. I cancelled the reservation and they were able to call and get it. I was able to see it online for about 2 minutes while they called. Just have your friend online while you are cancelling it and she should be able to snag it.
