coolers allowed in park??

Hi everyone!

We are thinking about getting one of those coolers that has wheels to take into the park. There are 9 of us going and we'd put water and a few snacks in it. I was just wondering if anyone else has ever taken a cooler into the park...was it a hassle to drag around or was it even allowed??

I don't think coolers are allowed in the park. Plus, that cooler will feel very heavy at the day's end.

We have taken in soft sided coolers which hold a few juices & sandwiches but to be honest its more hassle than its worth
our last trip we just didn't bother with it

Thanks guys!! Hubby had tried to convince me it was gonna be a pain the butt, but I just kept thinking he was being silly!LOL I can see how it would become cumbersome and a basic burden. Guess we'll just each buy a refillable cup and use those to stay hydrated.
