This might be something that's common knowledge to Dis veterans, but I've never seen it mentioned, so I wanted to share. It's just one of those things I never would have thought of on my own.
This past Wednesday morning, we were waiting for rope drop in DCA, so I decided to get fastpasses for the 6 of us for World of Color. Typically at a fastpass machine, I would be fumbling with inserting and removing one ticket at a time, trying to keep track of which tickets I had already scanned, and wishing I had a third hand to catch the fastpasses that are now spitting out onto the ground.
This time, there was a CM who took my stack of tickets to scan them for me. He took the first one and inserted it. Instead of pulling it out, he just fed the next one right on top of it. One at a time, he stacked all 6 tickets into the slot, and used his free hand to catch the fastpasses that were being dispensed. In a matter of seconds, he handed me the 2 stacks and I was on my way back to my family.
